- Napigard Cream is primarily used for the management and prevention of diaper rash and skin irritation in babies and toddlers. - It contains zinc oxide, which forms a protective barrier on the skin to shield it from constant moisture, wetness, and friction. - The cream is also used to soothe minor skin injuries, such as cuts, scrapes, minor burns, sunburns, and insect stings. - It includes benzalkonium chloride, an antiseptic agent that prevents secondary bacterial infections on superficial skin lesions. - It features lignocaine hydrochloride to deliver local anesthetic relief, temporarily numbing the area to reduce pain and itching.
